Managing Trustee’s Message

Karmanye Vadhikaraste, Ma phaleshou kada chana
Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhurmatey Sangostva Akarmani
--Srimad Bhagbad Geeta

Means thereby a person has the right towards action alone and not towards the fruit of action. Let not the fruit of action is the motive for acting. Also, let there not be any attachment to in Action. India has the largest youth manpower in the world and this is where the potential can be actualized to shape a better future for our country. We at Heritage Foundation (Trust) aim to work for the society in the field of education, social welfare, corporate service, research, economic & industrial analysis, project analysis, performance appraisal, finance appraisal, chain & change management, IT innovation, event management, publication and international projects. Last year we were invited by ‘Minzoku Forum’ (Tokyo, Japan) and participated in ‘The Global Festa- 2013’.

KHIMT, a management Institute run by us is putting continuous effort to equip our students with best of skill sets, knowledge and a winning attitude to avail all opportunities locally, as well as worldwide, and build a great future for our country, and the world at large. At the same time they need to fulfil their dreams by shaping their own destiny.

Knowledge creation and dissemination is prime motive of colleges. We are committed to create pathways that connect human potential to reality, promise to performance and ambition to achievement, in order to bridge the gap between demand and supply of skilled manpower, in terms of quality and quantity, to ensure incessant economic growth.

I convey my best wishes to all of you who joined the various domestic and International project of Heritage Foundation (Trust) but yet to achieve success. Just believe in yourself and move with an optimistic approach and the result will definitely be good. As said by Swami Vivekananda “Go on bravely. Do not expect success in a day or a year. Always hold on to the highest. Be steady. Avoid jealousy and selfishness. Be obedient and eternally faithful to the cause of truth, humanity, and your country, and you will move the world.

I congratulate the achievers who have made our face bright.

President’s Message

Work is worship. So work, work and work but what kind of work? Work to earn or live? Work for whom and why? Work for yourself or others? All these self queries are pertinent in a country like India where youth man power is huge but sometimes work is not huge enough to cater their need and demand. But whatever is the guiding force behind work, one thing is important and that is to prepare youths for work- any kind of engagement beneficial for him and human beings at large.

And here lies the motto of our Trust. Our motto is to work not for ourselves but for others – for the students to motivate them , to warm them up, to impart education both value added and job oriented , to train them up and to promote them to the national and international sectors of education and job, to build up their financial independence and instigate their social responsibility to serve the society as well as the suffering downtrodden humanity ; for the Society to make people aware of their needs and how to fulfill , to work on horticulture, bio-chemical fertilizers, pisciculture, intensive farming to save the environment , to free it from intensive pollution and at the same time to improve the technical capabilities of the social human beings who like to contact with the earth and love the soil; for the Professionals who aspire to rise up to sky with a belief that nothing succeeds like success not only to improve their capabilities but to improve the condition of their surroundings, their society with morality, honesty and integrity; for the Government to ensure that policies are implemented for the right beneficiaries with right proportion.

Our Trust is only a toddler in the field –only three years old. It is tottering forth obviously to positive destination as we know sky is the only limit and it is our caption too. We are confident to reach the goal- to serve the humanity, to work for those who need us – overall to uplift the condition of the people surrounding us. The Gita says : “ Perform your duty , for action is better than inaction . A man can not even maintain his physical body without work.” And what kind of duty to be performed? Again the Gita says : “ Karmany evadhiras te ma phalesu kadacana / ma karma-phala-hetur-bhur ma te sango ’stv akarmani ” – you certainly have the right for prescribed activities but never at anytime in their results . you should never be motivated by the results of the actions, nor should there be any attachment in not doing your prescribed activities. So no opening is there- let us perform our duty, duty to the Nation.

Vice - President’s Message

To Start with, I would like to offer our rich tributes to the father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi on his 145th birth anniversary on October 2, 2014. We can learn a lot from the life and work of Gandhiji. The humility perseverance, respect to others and following path of truth has made him a highly revered person both in India and abroad. The virtuous personality taught us how simple concept can be highly powerful.

I am convinced that following the traits enunciated by Mahatma can help us in our professional and personal lives. It would not be an exaggeration to say that in certain respects the Independence, integrity and excellence, the hallmark of Heritage foundation (Trust), are linked to the traits of Mahatma Gandhi.

As Heritage Foundation (Trust) has experienced a lot in last three and half years and come across the turbulent hardships keeping the mind without fear and the head held high, now, we are many to share the dream of one Prof. M.K Pradhan who started the journey for this humble organization for the benefit of downtrodden and adventure ahead to create positiveness in the atmosphere to make the mother earth a better living place for the mankind in future.

President’s Message

Be the Change that you wish to see in the world”. Our beloved managing trustee Prof M.K Pradhan, a dreamer might have not taken these words of Mahatma Gandhi into his heart, but what I find that the Heritage Foundation (Trust), under his able leadership definitely works according to those. Almost everyone thinks of changing the world, but no one thinks of changing themselves.

The problems facing the world today are great, and it will surely take the greater millions of people working together towards a common goal to overcome them. Changing the world does not happen overnight, but it won’t happen by not making an effort either. The time to act is now, and our role is just as important as the next person’s. We all know that all significant changes throughout history have occurred not because of nations, armies of governments. They happened as result of the courage and commitment of individual like Albert Einstein, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Edison and Rosa Parker. They might not have done it alone, but they were without question, the change maker. As Mother Teresa said “I alone cannot change the world, but I can cast a stone across the waters to create many ripples”. Hence, we need to begin with the foundation, which is us only.

Prof. M.K Pradhan has already made this foundation with his dedicated team mates since last three and half years since the Heritage Foundation (Trust) inception and created a capital fund of 36 lacks. Now it is we, to work hard and make sustainable progress. If we cannot do it, then how can expect other people to?
